1. Megan - 1/5 stars - This place is a complete joke. I took my expensive designer shoes here to get repaired and they came back in even worse condition! The stitching was sloppy and crooked, and the soles were glued on haphazardly. I complained to the owner but he just brushed me off, claiming that it was the best he could do. Save your money and go somewhere else for shoe repairs.

I brought in a pair of leather boots that needed new heels, and when I got them back, the heels were uneven and didn't match. The repair job looked rushed and sloppy. The stitching was done with a different color thread, making it stand out like a sore thumb. On top of that, they managed to stretch out the shoes so much that they no longer fit properly. The craftsmanship was subpar, and I was extremely disappointed with the results.
