1. Jane - 1/5 - I had a terrible experience at Magid shoe repair. I took in my favorite pair of boots to get the soles repaired and when I got them back, they looked worse than before! The soles were not properly attached and started coming off within a week. When I went back to complain, they refused to take responsibility and blamed it on the material of the boots. I will definitely not be returning to Magid shoe repair and would not recommend it to anyone.

I took my dress shoes in to get the heels replaced, and when I got them back, they were uneven and the new heels were a different color from the original ones. Additionally, the stitching on one of the heels was sloppy and started unraveling within a few days of wear. I expected better quality workmanship for the price I paid. Disappointing overall experience.
