I just saw someone update the wiki real quick and saw they put East is still a witch despite having Etwal destroyed. So I'm thinking either Etwal isn't dead and still being used by North or that once a witch uses the rest of their mana from their mana source then they're technically not a witch.

Also East said that (in the chapter with Vihungrang) Tasha is either the savior or destruction of humanity and is nothing more than a tool of North. This could be like the relationship between Medusa and Cron of the manga Soul Eater. I don't know, but that's what I was thinking.
