- While visiting our community, please be aware that each home has 2 exterior parking spaces and OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT ALLOWED. You will find additional parking available at the clubhouse, available on a first come, first served basis. The HOA is VERY strict and tows daily - the fee for towing is $250. Please call us with any questions on this important detail!
- This home has a grill and the fee to use the grill is $65 for the entire stay.
- This home offers Pool Heating at a rate of $19 per day; please be sure to let us know if you would like to take advantage of this service at the time of booking.
- Pool maintenance is performed every Wednesday by a licensed professional. This day can not be changed to accommodate guest stays. The pool maintenance professional enters through the outdoor pool enclosure screen door. Please do not lock this door. Day of week will only change due to extreme inclement weather.
- Trash is serviced by a responsible neighbor is paid to move the trash & recycling bins to and from the driveway on the correct days. Please do not move the outdoor bins.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

While visiting our community, please be aware that each home has 2 exterior parking spaces directly in front of the garage and then to the left/front of the home. Please note that OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT ALLOWED. You will find additional parking available at the clubhouse, available on a first come, first served basis. The HOA is VERY strict and tows daily - the fee for towing is $250. Please call with any questions on this important detail! Any overnight parking on any pavers and they will tow without warning.

1. Kate - 2 stars - We recently stayed at the Magical Memories Villa and were highly disappointed. The villa was advertised as luxurious, but it was far from it. The furniture was worn out, the linens were old and stained, and the whole place had a musty smell. Additionally, the kitchen was poorly stocked with very limited cooking utensils and the appliances were outdated. Overall, it was not the magical experience we were expecting and we would not recommend this villa to others.
2. Ryan - 1 star - Our stay at the Magical Memories Villa was a complete disaster. The whole place was in dire need of maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling off, the carpets were dirty, and the furniture was broken. The pool, which was supposed to be the highlight of our stay, was dirty and had a strange odor. We contacted the management multiple times regarding these issues, but they were unresponsive and did not take any action to resolve our concerns. Our vacation was ruined, and we strongly advise anyone considering this villa to look elsewhere.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I had high hopes for our stay at the Magical Memories Villa, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The villa was not well-kept and lacked cleanliness. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The overall decor and furnishings were outdated and could use an upgrade. The villa was also further away from the main attractions than advertised, making it inconvenient for sightseeing. I would not stay at the Magical Memories Villa again.
