Probably my pie-in-the-sky dream for my writing career is that someone would make a movie or television show of my books and I could be a part of the production. 1. Jane - 1/5 - I had such high hopes for Magic Nails in Wethersfield, but I was sorely disappointed. The salon was extremely unsanitary, with dirty towels and tools scattered around. The technician who worked on me was rough and seemed very inexperienced. She kept cutting my cuticles too deep and didn't even bother to apologize. The quality of the nail polish was also subpar, as it chipped within a day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The nail technician did an okay job with my manicure, but nothing exceptional. The overall cleanliness of the salon could also use improvement. It's not the worst place I've been to, but I have definitely had better nail salon experiences.
