Shaira Frias, co-founder of LUNA MAGIC, is a retail beauty expert and omni- channel strategist. She leads the Product Development, Design & Global Sourcing strategy at LUNA MAGIC and has demonstrated a record of success in retail stores, including Target, CVS and Wal-mart. Her product formulation and designs have won numerous awards and have been featured in Forbes, Shark Tank, Allure, Glossier and many others.
Shaira is also a former Journalist whose work has appeared in media outlets such as NY1, Fox News, and Mundo Hispánico. Shaira is a recipient of the Ford Oval Journalism Fellowship from the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. She holds a BA in Journalism & Spanish from CUNY— Brooklyn College and is also a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Program.

1. Samantha - 1 star - The Luna magic lip liner in the shade Mamacita was a big disappointment for me. Firstly, the color was completely off from what was shown on the website. It was much darker and not flattering at all on my skin tone. Secondly, the formula was incredibly dry and hard to apply smoothly. It tugged on my lips and made them feel tight and uncomfortable. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this lip liner and I would not recommend it.
2. Jacob - 2 stars - The Luna magic lip liner in Mamacita was just okay for me. The color was decent and matched my lips, but the formula was not long-lasting at all. It smudged and wore off within a couple of hours, even without eating or drinking. I also found that it accentuated the lines on my lips and made them appear dry and patchy. I think there are better lip liners out there for the price, so I wouldn't repurchase this one.
3. Emily - 2 stars - I was really excited to try the Luna magic lip liner in Mamacita, but it turned out to be a letdown. The color was nice and pigmented, but the formula was not very creamy or easy to apply. It also sharpened to a very blunt point, making it difficult to achieve precise lines. Additionally, I found that it feathered and bled outside my lip line, even when paired with a lipstick. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the quality and performance of this lip liner.
