1. Jane - 2 stars - I really wanted to like "Heaker and Witch" as I'm a big fan of fantasy novels. However, I found the characters to be one-dimensional and the plot to be predictable. The magic system was also poorly explained, leaving me confused and unsatisfied. Overall, I was disappointed with this book and wouldn't recommend it to others.
