A judge denied Thompson's request for a temporary restraining order.

Beyonce has not commented on the bizarre allegations.

Meanwhile, the Crazy In Love performer was back in her hometown of Houston, Texas, Wednesday night with husband Jay-Z as they rocked the NRG Stadium on their On The Run II Tour.

"Thank you to my hometown for being the loudest crowd so far," she boasted in the caption of a montage of pictures she shared to her Instagram.

The power couple have just seven more concerts to go on their tour which kicked off in Cardiff, Wales, in early June.

The final concert is set for Seattle, Washington, on October 4.

Just a week ago, Bey shared her feelings about the tour on Instagram, writing: "I'm doing what I love most with whom I love most."

"I wish it could never end," she added. "Feeling thankful for all of the love from our fans around the world."

Thompson worked as Beyoncé's drummer for seven years and is now asking for a restraining order against her former boss, alleging that Beyoncé is involved in "dark magic" and "magic spells of sexual molestation," according to The Blast, which claims to have access to court documents detailing Thompson's reasoning for a restraining order.

The specific type of witchcraft or rituals that Queen Bey supposedly practices remains unclear. However, Thompson reportedly believes that the singer was using "extreme witchcraft" and utilizing these spells to tap her phone and control her finances, all to keep the drummer under surveillance. Based on court records and information obtained by The Blast, the professional musician and educator stated that the “Formation” singer allegedly harassed her with extreme witchcraft, tapped her phone and controlled her money. Thompson reported these allegations as part of a request to be granted a restraining order against Ms.Carter. She also claims that Beyonce placed “magical spells of sexual molestation”. Yikes!

The restraining order was denied by the judge. Not sure why but it may be because the judge did not see how the “XO” singer would have the time especially due to her very hectic schedule.

For those that aren’t familiar with the works of Kimberly Thompson, she has quite an impressive resume as a musical artist. She was definitely a member of the Suga Mama band, the all-girl arrangement created by Beyonce. She is also a three-time Grammy award winner and the original house drummer for “Late Night With Seth Meyers”.

We can't be sure if Beyonce practices dark magic or if what Kimberly says is true, but we hope that Kimberly and Beyonce can resolve their matters in a diplomatic fashion.
