1. John Smith - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Disneyland magical extras package. I expected so much more for the money I paid. The so-called "VIP access" wasn't anything special, as we still had to wait in long lines just like everyone else. The extra FastPasses provided were for the less popular rides and shows, so we weren't able to use them on the top attractions. The souvenir that was promised turned out to be a cheap keychain. Overall, I felt like I was ripped off and would not recommend this package.
2. Samantha Johnson - 1 star - I cannot express how unsatisfied I was with the Disneyland magical extras. First of all, the "exclusive character meet-and-greet" that was advertised was just a regular meet-and-greet that anyone could join. There was nothing special about it. Secondly, the vouchers for food and merchandise were very limited and restricted. We were not able to use them at a lot of the establishments that we wanted to. Finally, the promised behind-the-scenes tour turned out to be just a quick walk through a backstage area with no insights or interesting information shared. It was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.
3. Emily Thompson - 2 stars - I had high expectations for the Disneyland magical extras, but sadly they fell short. The "discounted dining options" were hardly a discount, as the prices were still quite high. The extra photo opportunities were also disappointing, as they were not well organized and we ended up missing some of the characters we wanted to meet. The included transportation was unreliable and we had to wait for long periods of time before being able to get on the shuttle. Overall, I expected more value for the price I paid and was left feeling underwhelmed.
