My little occult book club is an eclectic group of individuals who share a fascination with the supernatural and esoteric. We meet once a month to discuss and explore various occult topics, ranging from ancient magical practices to modern witchcraft. Each member of our club brings their own unique perspective and knowledge to the group. Some have been practicing witches for years, while others are just beginning their journey into the occult. We believe that everyone has something valuable to contribute, and we encourage open-mindedness and respect for different beliefs and practices. Our meetings are structured around a chosen theme or topic.

Indulge in the rich chocolatey taste, creamy texture, and delightful chunks of caramel, peanuts, and chocolate. Get ready to enjoy a guilt-free ice cream experience that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized.

Experiment with Flavors Don t hesitate to experiment with other flavors by swapping the cocoa powder for different options like matcha powder for a green tea twist or adding a touch of peppermint extract for a chocolate-mint combination. Chocolate peanut butter protein powder I love Peanut Butter Cup from PEScience, you can use code BAILEY at checkout to save money on all their products.

Protein enriched ice cream with a magical touch

Our meetings are structured around a chosen theme or topic. We start with a brief introduction and then dive into a discussion led by one of the group members. This allows for a deep exploration of the chosen subject and encourages lively debates and exchanges of ideas.

Protein Ice Cream Bars

Ice cream bars are definitely one of the most underrated desserts out there.

The only problem is that most of them are packed with tons of calories and not much nutritional benefit…

And sure, there’s nothing necessarily wrong with that. I mean, it is a treat after all!

But doesn’t a protein-packed version sound appealing?

These bars have 175 calories, just 12g of net carbs, and 9g of protein!

Okay, before you get on my case that these aren’t very high in protein, I get it. Most of my recipes have much more protein to them, and if you were to compare these bars to a protein bar, these have much less protein.

But, let’s look at some other ice cream bar options out there…

Yasso Ice Cream Bars: 150 Calories & 5g Protein

Haagen Dazs Ice Cream Bar: 270 Calories & 4g Protein

Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bar: 210 Calories & 3g Protein

I think it’s safe to call our version high-protein!

These bars are truly simple to make, too. We’re going to use high-protein ice cream as our base (I use Halo Top, but any ice cream will work) and create our very own Protein Magic Shell for the coating. Let’s get into it…

In addition to our discussions, we also enjoy sharing our personal experiences and stories related to the occult. It is fascinating to hear about the rituals, spells, and divination techniques that each member practices in their own life. It is through these personal narratives that we further our understanding of the occult and learn from one another. Occasionally, we also invite guest speakers to join us and share their expertise on a specific occult subject. This brings diversity and adds a fresh perspective to our discussions. We have had the pleasure of hosting renowned authors, practitioners, and historians of the occult, which has greatly enriched our understanding and broadened our horizons. Outside of our monthly meetings, we occasionally organize field trips to occult shops, sacred sites, and other places of interest. These excursions provide us with the opportunity to explore the physical manifestations of the occult and deepen our connection to the subjects we discuss. Being a part of my little occult book club has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Not only have I expanded my knowledge and understanding of the occult, but I have also formed meaningful connections with like-minded individuals. It is a space where I feel comfortable expressing my thoughts and sharing my own experiences. Whether you are a seasoned occult practitioner or just beginning to explore the supernatural, my little occult book club welcomes you with open arms. We believe that the occult is an endlessly fascinating and ever-evolving subject, and we are excited to continue our journey of discovery together..
