Beauty Bar By Saiko also participates in the Teal Pumpkin Project—providing treats for those with food allergies—and the BBQ and Bake Sale, which benefits the Delaware Puppy Rescue.

The 18th annual festival kicks off on Friday with the Tyke Bike race on the boardwalk, a movie in Grove Park and a bonfire at Dewey Beach.
