It’s October and you want to visit the Salem Witch Museum! Here are some tips to secure your admission and have a great time at one of Salem’s busiest museums.

• Purchase your tickets online through our website! Be aware that we sell tickets for same-day purchase only. Tickets are not available at the door or in advance.
• During the month of October, traffic is very heavy coming into the city and parking is extremely limited. On weekends, be prepared to add an extra hour or two to your travel time for increased traffic. Please plan accordingly when selecting your ticket time. If you are late or miss your presentation, we cannot accommodate you, and there are NO REFUNDS.
• Once you've purchased your ticket, check your e-mail and make note of the time that you need to arrive to check-in. If you do not see your e-mail, check your spam or junk folder. A staff member will direct you to the appropriate line where your QR/scan code(s) will be scanned in and you'll receive your physical ticket. We recommend taking a screenshot of your QR/scan code(s).
• Please check your ticket for the check-in time and arrive at this time promptly. Do not show up too early as we must minimize the number of visitors on the front plaza and you may be asked to wait until your allotted check-in time.
• Please allow one hour and fifteen minutes for your visit at this time of the year.
• Space is limited inside the museum as we are housed in a historic building. Please travel as lightly as possible and be aware that we have no stroller parking, coat or bag check, or dedicated space to store other belongings. While strollers are able to come through the museum, please be aware that they must be kept with you at all times and navigation may be difficult. Wagons and luggage are not allowed in the museum and bags may be subject to search.
• Our museum is accessible with scripts for visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing available upon request. Both exhibit spaces are equipped with elevators for those using mobility devices. Please note that although Salem is pedestrian-friendly, as a historic city, many sidewalks are quite narrow and made of cobblestone or loose brick. Keep this in mind if you or someone in your party is using a mobility device.
