2023 Carnival New Main Dining Room Menus - Full PDF Menus Updated Weekly - Carnival Cruises Fleetwide Changes
Carnival Cruise Line has beeen enhancing its main dining room offerings over the next several months to bring more variety, with nearly 60 new entree presentations on rotation, fleetwide.
The enhancements was initially tested on Carnival Dream and modified based on guest feedback. The menus will be rolled out fleetwide based on the schedule detailed in this article.

Please note: For cruises 7 days or longer, the second Elegant Night will be happen on the second to last night of the cruise with lobster being added to this menu. At this time that is the only difference between the two Elegant Night Menus. Two lobsters are complimentary, each additional lobster ordered will be charged $5.00/each

New main dining room menus will also include offerings from Carnival’s popular specialty dining restaurants, so more guests may experience the wide variety of great food offered across the fleet.
Carnival chefs are also addressing larger portion offerings for certain entrees, along with additional vegetarian options and entrée salads.

The Carnival Pride and the Carnival Venezia are also scheduled to get the new menus. Those dates have not been released yet.
The new Carnival Jubilee will receive the new menus soon after entering service in December.
