1. John Doe - 1/5 - I had a terrible experience with Magix Fence in Athens, TX. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of my concerns. The fence they installed on my property was of poor quality and started falling apart within a few months. When I contacted them about it, they refused to take responsibility and blamed it on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
2. Jane Smith - 2/5 - The Magix Fence in Athens, TX did not meet my expectations. Firstly, they took much longer than they initially promised to install my fence. Additionally, the quality of the fence was subpar. It started showing signs of wear and tear within a few weeks, and they were not willing to provide a refund or fix it.
