The crew at Schwalbe knew the relatively lightweight combination would be pushed to their limits in the harsh conditions of the Greater Zion, Utah aboard our heavy eMTBs, yet they simply smirked and said, we’ll send extras just in case, but we think you’ll be happy. They were right.
The 94 Super Gravity casing consists of four main carcass layers plus the cut-resistant Snakeskin fabric, with Apex sidewall protection and a Kevlar bead. The fully siped tread that evenly dots an armored Schwalbe Magic Mary carcass resembles traditional motocross traction more than most mountain bike tires.

I recently purchased the Magic Mary 29x2.6 and I must say that I am not impressed. The tire performs poorly on wet and muddy trails, causing me to slip and slide constantly. The grip is simply not up to par with other tires in this category. Furthermore, the durability of the tire leaves much to be desired. After just a few rides, I noticed significant wear and tear, with chunks of rubber missing from the tread. Overall, I would not recommend the Magic Mary 29x2.6 for anyone looking for a reliable and durable tire.
