1. Amanda - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Magic City Cleaners. The staff was not friendly or professional. They arrived late to pick up my clothes and when they returned them, they were creased and not properly cleaned. I had to send them back for re-cleaning, which was a hassle. Overall, I would not recommend this service.
2. John - 1/5 stars - Absolutely horrible experience with Magic City Cleaners. They completely ruined my expensive suit. The fabric was stretched and there were multiple stains that were not there before. When I tried to address the issue with customer service, they were unresponsive and did not offer any solution. I will never use this service again.
3. Lisa - 3/5 stars - I had high hopes for Magic City Cleaners, but unfortunately, they did not live up to my expectations. The prices were reasonable, but the quality of the cleaning was subpar. Some of my clothes came back with the same stains they had before and others were not properly ironed. While not terrible, I expected better service for the price. I will be trying a different cleaner next time.

Additionally, some of the items were missing, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service was unhelpful when I called to inquire about the missing items. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
