I had a terrible experience with Madic Garage Door in Massillon, Ohio. The customer service was awful and the technician they sent was not knowledgeable at all. Not only did he take forever to arrive, but he also didn't fix the problem with my garage door. I had to call another company to come and fix it properly. I would not recommend using Madic Garage Door if you want a reliable and competent service.
