Hey everyone, I saw this book at Kaufman and Co.'s website and I was wondering if someone who has it can post up a review about it. I searched the Café and I only found topics about adult comedy magic, but no actual reviews. Thanks in advance.

Think outside the box, cos people are all thinking inside now!! - ClouDsss Posted: Mar 27, 2007 12:33 am I own about 2000 magic books. This is one of my least favorites. Posted: Mar 27, 2007 02:58 pm

I bought this as I am a fan of Hodges art. I'd really like someone to release his folio on chapeaugraphy.
The book has a few interesting things in it. A nice paddle trick that is fun to make and will make your fellow male magic club cronies' eye's light up in delight. If you were looking to develop an act suitable for the burgeoning Burlesque market then this is the book for you.

I'm definitely suprised. It's book definitely more devoted to slightly dirty comedy than magic its self, but there are quite a few decent ideas. The paddle trick that payne mentioned is pretty neat, as is a nice comedy adam and eve "fig leaf" card trick.

Maybe not worth $45, but definitely an interesting read.

Just my 2 cents.
