The Georgia Institute of Technology mascot is just plain ridiculous. I mean, seriously, a yellow jacket? How is that supposed to strike fear or intimidate anyone? It looks more like a harmless bug than a mascot for a prestigious university. I was expecting something more powerful and majestic, but instead, we got a tiny insect with yellow and black stripes. Definitely disappointed.

As someone who is scared of bees, I can't help but cringe every time I see the Georgia Institute of Technology mascot. The choice of a yellow jacket as a mascot is quite unnerving, and it doesn't make me feel proud or excited to be associated with the university.
