1. Jane - 2 stars - I really wanted to like the Eva nyc magic haircare primer, but it just didn't work for me. I have thick, curly hair and was hoping this product would help with frizz and provide some heat protection. Unfortunately, it left my hair feeling weighed down and greasy. It also didn't do much in terms of reducing frizz or providing any noticeable heat protection. I ended up having to wash my hair again to get rid of the heavy feeling. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this primer.
2. Mark - 1 star - I have fine, oily hair and this primer was a disaster for me. It made my hair look even more greasy and flat than usual. I tried using a smaller amount, thinking maybe I was applying too much, but it didn't help. It also didn't do anything to protect my hair from heat styling, as my hair still felt dry and damaged after using it. I would not recommend this product for anyone with fine or oily hair.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I bought the Eva nyc magic haircare primer hoping it would help detangle my long, thick hair and provide some additional shine. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While it did provide some minimal detangling, it left my hair feeling sticky and weighed down. It also didn't add any noticeable shine to my hair. I ended up switching back to my old detangling spray after just a few uses. Not a fan of this primer.
4. Michael - 1 star - I have color-treated hair and was excited to try this hair primer, as it claims to protect against thermal damage and provide UV protection. However, it did neither for me. My hair still felt dry and brittle after using this product, and I noticed no difference in terms of heat or UV protection. Additionally, the scent of this primer was overpowering and gave me a headache. Overall, not a good experience and I won't be repurchasing.
