How this product plays with others: On the whole, I'd say you shouldn't run into any problems in terms of how this will interact with your concealer or powder. I haven't tried applying a face primer underneath, since this product is part primer itself. I have, however, tried applying both a liquid foundation and a powder foundation on top of this product, and I've had some mixed results with that.
