Returning to Wonder: Seeing the World with Childlike Eyes

By admin

Magic is a concept that has fascinated humans for centuries. It evokes images of mystery, wonder, and the supernatural. Throughout history, various cultures have embraced magic in different forms, from ancient rituals to modern-day illusions. The allure of magic lies in its ability to defy the laws of nature and suspend our disbelief. It allows us to dream of a world where anything is possible and where the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Whether it is a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat or a witch casting a spell, magic captivates our imagination and transports us to a realm where logic and reason have no boundaries.

If you can have a bit of space behind the speakers, the Totem Arros well take a lot of beating for a Naim & rock music set up.

Epos es14's are great too, although im not sure if the nait would drive them well enough.

If you want bass down to 20HTZ I have some Celestion Ditton 25 monsters in the classifieds.

If you want the near perfect match with Naim I have some Epos ES14s there too.

You will have to spend ££££ to beat the Epos.

Shameful plug I know but all true.

I haven't heard them but when I had the same setup as you I looked into Neat Mystique, Royd Apex/Rega Ela, Ruark Talisman and ProAc 3.5.

Lot's more to choose from given your budget though.

If you like Naim, how about Naim speakers? They might be too expensive new but affordable used.

neat or epos

the problem you have is that the better the speakers you buy the more they are going to show up your amp and cd.

for your budget I would look to sell the nait and get an 82/180 and some kabers.

then upgrade the cd when funds allow , or go for a dac and hard disk solution.

I'm with Dave but 72/Hicap/180 and Kabers. The latter are dirt cheap for what you get. Credos (if you keep the Nait) are too.

He has only just bought the nait 3 though.

Neat mystique 2 or epos es11 should be fine for a good few years though.

hence the remark about the budget for speakers.

Agree that e11's are a match for the amp and will work well.

With David also, set a budget for the speakers that suit your amp or you will be in for a very quick spiral upgrade of all your gear. Neat or epos would be great but whatever you get try them in your room with your equipment or buy something with theoretical good match that you can re sell at no loss if you do not like. Steve.

From experience, a Nait 3, lovely though it is, will not drive the ES14s high enough for a serious session, although ES11s would be a lovely match. My personal good experiences with a Nait 3 and Nait 2 include Proac Tablettes or Response 1s, Neat Petites, Rega Ela MkIIs, and Rega RS3s.

If buying new, the RS3s are an almost perfect match (I suspect they were designed with Naits), although room size is an obvious factor. They manage to do reasonable bass, while maintaining something of the neutrality and speed of a standmount.

Best speaker I've ever heard with a Nait 3 were Response 1s, but they may be hard to find s/h, might break your budget, and need really good stands. The most cost-effective solution is probably s/h ES11s or Elas, although you might find the latter a bit light-sounding.

Again thr magic

Shows like "America's Got Talent" and "Penn & Teller: Fool Us" have also popularized magic and brought it into the mainstream. But what is it about magic that continues to captivate us? Perhaps it is the element of surprise and the sense of wonder that comes from witnessing something inexplicable. Magic challenges us to question our perception of reality and forces us to confront our limitations. It reminds us that there is still much in this world that we do not understand. Furthermore, magic offers an escape from the monotony of everyday life. In a world filled with deadlines, responsibilities, and stress, magic provides a much-needed respite from the mundane. It allows us to let go of our worries and embrace a sense of childlike wonder. In this way, magic serves as a form of entertainment and therapy, offering an escape from the pressures of the real world. Whether it is through a live performance, a television show, or a YouTube video, magic continues to enchant and inspire us. It reminds us that there is still room for the extraordinary in a world that often seems ordinary. So, let us embrace the magic once again and allow ourselves to be amazed by the impossible..

Reviews for "A Second Chance for Love: Finding Romance Again"

1. Sarah - 2 stars - I really struggled to finish "Again the Magic". The plot felt contrived and predictable, and the characters lacked depth. I couldn't connect with any of them, and their actions often seemed illogical. Additionally, the writing style was overly flowery and repetitive, making it a chore to read. Overall, I was disappointed by this book and wouldn't recommend it to others.
2. Mark - 1 star - "Again the Magic" was a huge letdown for me. The romance between the two main characters felt forced and unrealistic. I couldn't believe in their love story and found it difficult to root for their happy ending. The pacing was also uneven, with too much time spent on insignificant details and too little on developing the actual plot. I found myself skimming through numerous parts just to get to the end. This book simply didn't live up to my expectations.
3. Emily - 2 stars - I found "Again the Magic" to be a tedious read. The story dragged on and lacked any real excitement or tension. The main characters were one-dimensional and lacked depth, making it hard to feel invested in their journey. Furthermore, the historical backdrop felt like an afterthought, with little attention given to historical accuracy or world-building. Overall, I found this book to be a forgettable and unimpressive addition to the genre.
4. David - 3 stars - While "Again the Magic" had its moments, overall, it failed to captivate me. The writing felt repetitive, with certain phrases and descriptions used excessively. The plot was predictable and lacked any real surprises or twists. The romance, which should have been the highlight of the story, fell flat for me. I didn't feel the chemistry between the characters, and their interactions often felt forced. While this book may appeal to fans of light, fluffy romance novels, it didn't meet my expectations.
