Nick Mamatas is the author of several novels, including The Last Weekend and I Am Providence. His short fiction has appeared in Best American Mystery Stories, Year’s Best Science Fiction & Fantasy, and many other anthologies and magazines. Nick’s previous anthologies include the Bram Stoker Award-winner Haunted Legends (co-edited with Ellen Datlow) and The Locus Award nominees The Future is Japanese and Hanzai Japan (both co-edited with Masumi Washington). Nick’s editorial work has also been nominated for the Hugo and World Fantasy awards. He resides in Berkeley, California.
Molly Tanzer is the author of the novels Creatures of Will and Temper, Vermilion, and The Pleasure Merchant. Her acclaimed short fiction is collected in two volumes, the British Fantasy Award-nominated A Pretty Mouth and the cocktail-themed Rumbullion & Other Liminal Libations. She co-edited the anthology Swords v Cthulhu and currently serves as editrix of Congress, the bi-monthly magazine of thoughtful erotica.

1. Jane - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really disappointed with my experience at Witch Meadow Lake family campsite. The facilities were outdated and in need of repair. The showers were dirty and had limited hot water. The campsite itself was crowded and noisy, with little privacy between the sites. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Overall, I did not feel that the campsite lived up to its advertised standards and I would not recommend it to others.

The entire place was infested with bugs, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoors without being constantly bitten. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled horrible. There was no security or supervision at night, which resulted in loud parties and music until the early hours. The lake itself was not well-maintained and had a lot of debris floating around. Our overall experience was extremely unpleasant and I would advise anyone considering this campsite to look elsewhere.

The campsite was overcrowded and there was a lack of proper spacing between sites, which resulted in a lack of privacy. The bathrooms were not adequately cleaned, with overflowing trash bins and dirty floors. The lake water was murky and not suitable for swimming. Furthermore, the noise level at night was unbearable, with loud music and people talking loudly until late hours. I would not return to this campsite and would caution others against booking here.
