The powerburst of sorcery is a powerburst potion that, for the next 10 seconds after use, doubles the runes per essence multiplier. This effect dissipates immediately after the player crafts any runes, even if 10 seconds have not yet passed. Drinking this triggers the global powerburst cooldown, which prevents drinking another powerburst for two minutes. This potion works on soul runes as well, but not combination runes. Powerburst of sorcery has no effect on the additional runes granted by the elemental anima stones and catalytic anima stones, but does have an effect on arcane apoterrasaurs arcane elements farm perk.
It is made at level 109 Herblore in a powerburst vial with primal extract, a super runecrafting potion, blood runes, and beak snot. At level 111 Herblore, the recipe is improved, which reduces the time taken to make the potion. At level 113, it is further improved, reducing the number of beak snot required from two to one, blood runes from five to three, and the dosage of the required super runecrafting potion from four to three.
The townspeople and creatures of Oz are left bewildered by this sight. They are used to the Wicked Witch causing mischief and casting spells, but seeing her pedaling along with a mischievous grin on her green face takes them by surprise. Some are enamored and cheer her on, amused by this unexpected turn of events. Others are skeptical and keep their distance, unsure of what tricks she may have up her sleeve. With her newfound mode of transportation, the Wicked Witch of the West explores new corners of Oz, visiting villages and interacting with the locals. She discovers hidden paths and secret treasures that were once inaccessible by broomstick. The beauty of the land takes on a whole new perspective from the seat of a bicycle, allowing her to appreciate the vibrant colors and enchanting scenery that she may have overlooked before. As she rides, the Wicked Witch learns that there is more to Oz than just her own wicked plans. She sees the unity and kindness among its inhabitants, and her heart softens even just a sliver. The people's reactions to her on the bicycle, their curiosity and surprise, make her feel a sense of belonging, something she has never experienced before. Perhaps there is more to life than simply being wicked. While riding a bicycle may seem like an incongruous activity for a wicked witch, it provides a unique opportunity for both her and the readers to view her character from a different perspective. It allows for a moment of lightheartedness and humor amidst the darkness and chaos of the original tale.
