Find 8-pack boxes of Red's Keto-friendly Turkey Sausage Egg' Wich in the Costco freezer aisle for $12.99, or $1.62 each (or search for them near you using the Red's product locator). Compare that to a McDonald's Sausage Biscuit with Egg, and you'll save at least a $1 per breakfast sammie—plus quite a few carbs and calories.
The Costco kind includes a slice of cheese and 2 more grams of protein, based on that sneak peek, but we guess its overall nutrition is fairly similar to the cheese slice-free version Red's shares details about online. That version, with cheese baked into the "bun," is made with a fairly short and understandable ingredient list: antibiotic-free turkey sausage and cage-free eggs mixed with milk, cheese and some seasonings.
To prep one, place an unwrapped Egg 'Wich on a plate, microwave for 60 seconds. Flip and microwave for about 60 to 90 seconds more, and breakfast is all set. So for busy mornings when you're not in the mood to cook, we recommend alternating between these low-carb 'wiches, overnight oats and a Greek yogurt fruit smoothie for a well-balanced morning menu.

Scarlet was impressed with Red's selfless wish and agreed to grant it. She bestowed upon Red a special talisman, which would act as a shield and protect the village from any evil forces. Red was delighted, knowing that she had made a difference, not just for herself but for the entire village. From that day forward, Red and Scarlet became trusted friends. Scarlet's magic brought prosperity and harmony to the village, and Red continued her adventures, now with a newfound purpose. Together, they helped those in need, fought off wicked creatures, and brought joy to all they encountered. The tale of Red's egg witch soon spread throughout the land, and Red became a legendary figure. 1. Jennifer - 2/5 stars - I was really looking forward to trying Red's Egg Witch based on all the positive reviews. However, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The eggs were overcooked and lacked flavor, and the bread was dry and unappetizing. The service was also quite slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I found the food to be subpar and the atmosphere to be lacking. I won't be returning to Red's Egg Witch anytime soon.
2. Mike - 1/5 stars - The Red's Egg Witch was a complete letdown. The name might sound enticing, but the taste was far from it. The eggs were undercooked and runny, and the sandwich lacked any real flavor. Additionally, the portion size was small for the price. The service was mediocre at best, with slow service and inattentive staff. It is safe to say that I won't be recommending Red's Egg Witch to anyone. Save your money and find a better breakfast spot.
