If your order has been damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we may proceed with taking remedial action. Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept returns of books, patterns, magazines, and DVD's. Cut goods (batting, interfacing, fabric, etc.), sale items, SewEzi acrylic table inserts, special/custom ordered items, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Other items may be returned within 30 days at your shipping expense. They must be in original, un-opened packaging, and in new, unused condition. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to cover the staff time to process the order and the merchant fees charged, which are unrecoverable. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
