How Dark Magic works in Wonderlands

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a brand-new game set in the Borderlands universe. The series always had a variety of different elemental status effects with different attributes. Fire works well against flesh, poison or corrosion against armor and more. Every game since Borderlands 2 had a unique element that others game did not have. It was Slag in the second installment of the main series. In Borderlands 3 we had Radiation and now in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands we have Dark Magic. So how it works in Wonderlands?

One of her most impressive abilities is her power of healing. Whenever someone in our family falls sick or has an ailment, my aunt is always the first person we turn to. She has a deep understanding of herbs and natural remedies, and she can create potions and concoctions that work wonders.

How Does Dark Magic Work in Wonderlands

The element is a new core gameplay mechanic. It can spawn on various items, spells, and other gear pieces. There is a character that has many abilities dedicated to that element called Graveborn.

Dark Magic is basically the survivability element. It has damage and damage increases as well, but its main purpose is to heal your character and provide needed utility especially for harder encounters and endgame.

What Dark Magic does is it works like a health leech, life steal etc. It heals your health pool based on either damage you do or percentage values. In every Borderlands game your shield regenerates automatically unless there are some conditions that prevent that like a skill for example, bot your health stays at the same value.

Again if you have points in health regeneration it might differ, but you usually did not have an option to regenerate health other that picking up syringes or filling it up at vendors. You also could use certain skills to heal up, but now you have a whole new element to play around with. Make sure to supplement your build with a proper survivability technique. Now there are a lot more possibilities with Dark Magic in Wonderlands than ever before in the entire franchise.
