1. Jane - 1/5 - I had a terrible experience at Magid shoe repair. I took in my favorite pair of boots to get the soles repaired and when I got them back, they looked worse than before! The soles were not properly attached and started coming off within a week. When I went back to complain, they refused to take responsibility and blamed it on the material of the boots. I will definitely not be returning to Magid shoe repair and would not recommend it to anyone.
2. Mark - 2/5 - I was not satisfied with the service I received at Magid shoe repair. I took my dress shoes in to get the heels replaced, and when I got them back, they were uneven and the new heels were a different color from the original ones. Additionally, the stitching on one of the heels was sloppy and started unraveling within a few days of wear. I expected better quality workmanship for the price I paid. Disappointing overall experience.
3. Sarah - 1/5 - Avoid Magid shoe repair at all costs! I took in my expensive leather pumps to get the leather conditioned and polished. Not only did they not properly condition the leather, but they also left scratches and marks on my shoes. When I complained, they were unapologetic and refused to refund my money. I am extremely unhappy with the service and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The stitching was uneven and sloppy, and it was obvious that no care was taken in ensuring a neat and durable repair. The tear started coming undone within a couple of weeks. I expected a better repair job for the price I paid and would not recommend this place to others.
