im at power level 1800 and i realized im still missing some pieces of the blue armor sets like "midnight oil" is there a way to complete those sets now that blue engrams no longer drop? since id like to make them into cosmetics and reducing my power level back to 1600 doesnt re-enable blue drops

I'm having the same problem, only with my hunter. I completed the campaign for witch queen on legendary but didn't receive any package with the armour in like everyone is saying happens. I just want the Gumdrop arms for my hunter, that's all. But no one has any answers on how to get it after you reach pinnacle

I'm getting blue drops from terminal overload (most frequently after killing the tank) and from lost sectors I haven't cleared. I've no idea if these will drop exactly what you need though because I don't really pay attention to blue drops.
