The film documents some of the most iconic skiers and snowboarders around the world – from North America to New Zealand – as the team captures awe-inspiring cinematography, groundbreaking action, and mesmerizing landscapes on this global adventure.

Filmed on location in 2022 in the most epic places across North America, Magic Hour takes viewers from Jackson Hole, the Chugach and Coast Mountain ranges in Alaska, to the Selkirk, Purcell, Valhalla, and Kootenay ranges in British Columbia, and Montana.

Magic Hour’s star-studded cast will include some of the biggest names in the industry such as Kai Jones, Nick McNutt, Michelle Parker, Jeremy Jones, Tim Durtschi, Parkin Costain, Amy Jane David, Bode Merrill plus a few more familiar friends. Meet Amy Jane David, professional skier and mountain athlete, with her TGR debut in this year’s film.. “The Magic Hour is when everything clicks. Leading up to a magic hour moment, there is so much work, dedication, and passion for years, throw in a little magic, a team, self-belief, and beautiful moments can happen.”

As Amy shares it, the ‘Magic Hour’ arrived on the last day for the crew filming the Cooke City, Montana segment. “We started snowmobiling under the Raven full moon as the sun rose. All morning we hit a kicker with bluebird skies and snow sparkles flying, and in the evening we climbed up one of the most iconic peaks to each ski an untouched couloir just before sunset. This experience felt like our magic hour after weeks of tiptoeing around dangerous avalanche conditions and funky snow.”

The World Premiere of Magic Hour will take place in Teton Village, WY on September 17th, with all proceeds benefiting local Jackson Hole area charities, followed by an expansive global tour that will bring the movie to more than 150 locations around the world.
