David Copperfield is not only one of the most renowned magicians in history but also a living legend in the world of magic. Born in 1956 as David Seth Kotkin, he adopted his stage name from the famous Charles Dickens' novel. Copperfield's interest in magic started at a very young age when he was merely 10 years old. He began performing magic tricks in his neighborhood and even writing his own magic catalog. His magical journey reached new heights when he was just 12 years old, as he was invited to join the Society of American Magicians. This was a turning point in his life as he got the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest magicians of his time.

I was inundated with questions about how I made the sparkly gold decor in my glitter and glam engagement party shoot, so I wanted to share the step by step process for making these fun and easy cake toppers. I used some of my favorite script and sans serif fonts to create custom topper designs that can be found at the bottom of the post to download and use for your own cakes.

I was quite disappointed with "David Copperfield: History of Magic". While I appreciate David Copperfield as a magician, this documentary fell flat for me. The overall structure of the film was disjointed, and it felt like a random collection of magic tricks rather than a cohesive narrative. The pacing was also off, with certain tricks dragging on for too long, while others were brushed over too quickly. Overall, I found it hard to stay engaged and wished for a more captivating storyline or a deeper exploration of Copperfield's magic career.
