Mark Where is engineering? HORRIBLE design.I purchased both the Bubble Magic 20 gallon machine, and the bubble magic 20 gallon work bags. The opening in the lid of the machine is MUCH smaller than the 20 gallon work bag. No problem putting it in when its all loose ice and frozen bud, but try getting that 20 pound soaking wet bag OUT when all the stuff has gone to the bottom. Sharp edges under the rim of the washer opening scrape HARD against the oversized bag. Horrible design, the bags need to be smaller or the opening larger. Someone need to make 10 gallon work bags. The 5's are too small. The 20's too large. Boo.

Damages

Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we can help you with a free return within 30 days of receiving the item. You will need the items original packaging to make a return, so please keep it!
