The City of Lakeway is adding a sprinkle of magic to this year s Witches Ride, Roll Stroll event with a Flash Mob and we are inviting all Witches and Warlocks, 18 years and up, to be a part of it. Dancers who are curious how spirituality might fit into their movement practice make up a large portion of students, says paloumpis, but they also see lots of dancers who are dealing with injury or a recent disability.

Witches Flash Mob Dance Lesson
The City of Lakeway is adding a sprinkle of magic to this year’s Witches Ride, Roll & Stroll event with a Flash Mob and we are inviting all Witches and Warlocks, 18 years and up, to be a part of it. If you have ever wanted to unleash your inner dancing witch (or warlock), now is your chance! Come learn the spellbinding Witches Dance on Sunday, October 15th, from 2pm-3pm for FREE. After the lesson you will be prepared to participate in the Flash Mob at the Witches Ride on October 21st at the Lakeway Activity Center’s Parking Lot. The first 90 individuals who sign up through the website will be able to participate in the free dance lesson. The dance requires a broom as a prop, please bring one with you! Also bring your best witch face and feel free to wear a witch costume!
The Witches Dance will be taught by Heather Billetter, who also teaches Adult Dance classes at the Lakeway Activity Center including Line Dancing, Jitterbug, Two-Step and more. We hope to see you there!
About the Witches Ride, Roll & Stroll:
The Witches Ride, Roll & Stroll is a fun and festive Halloween parade for all ages that will happen on October 21st from 6-9pm. It is a chance to dress up as your favorite witch or warlock and take a leisurely ride, roll, or stroll through Lakeway. The event will also feature a flash mob dance, and we are inviting everyone to come learn the dance at the free dance lesson on October 15th.
