Did a lot of homework prior to my purchase. I visited Luxury Time in person, met with Jonathan and Elan. The entire process took a week because I wanted to make sure I did my due diligence and they checked off all my boxes before I pulled the trigger. I got my watch less than 24 hrs from moment I submitted my payment info. Jonathan was not pushy by any means and gave me full details on how they obtain the watches to assure me they were not selling knockoffs. Yes, I paid a premium but it's the price we pay for instant satisfaction and got my unicorn vs 5+ yrs waitlist. During this entire process it felt like I made a friend and found out we live blocks away from each other. They are first class all the way will be going back for the Sky-Dweller!

Was initially a bit skeptical. However, they were very responsive and helpful pre and post transaction. Answered all of my questions very fast, in addition even sent a video displaying the watch. Then, in less than what seemed to be 24 hours after the transaction, fedex was knocking at my door. Even called me directly after I asked a few online questions after receiving the watch. I’ll definitely be using them again for future purchases.
