How does magical healing affect medicinal development? [closed]

In a world with a magic system halfway between hard and soft, which doesn't require technology due to said magic. It has to be remembered that magic isn't uncommon, but powerful magic is. It costs hefty amounts to see a healer, so peasants wouldn't. How would this affect medicinal development? Edit 1: People wouldn't bother to research medicine because of the healers. Therefore, medicinal advances would maybe be considered magical advances. Edit 2: Building on the previous edit, research would not happen, and if it did, it would be in very small amounts, and not large enough to be recognised or acknowledged.

$\begingroup$ Zulop zig, it is customary to wait about 24 hours before accepting an answer. It discourages people from posting an answer if you accepted one already, and people from all over the world might have a better answer than me! Waiting 24 hours gives everyone in any timezone a chance to answer. $\endgroup$

1. John - 2/5 stars
I found "Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade" to be confusing and chaotic. The storyline jumps around too much, making it difficult to follow and engage with the characters. The humor also fell flat for me, with many of the jokes feeling forced and not landing. Additionally, the animation style was not to my taste, feeling too cartoonish and exaggerated. Overall, I was disappointed in this anime and wouldn't recommend it to others.
2. Sarah - 2/5 stars
I was really looking forward to watching "Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade," but I was left feeling underwhelmed. The plot seemed interesting, but the execution was messy and unfocused. The constant genre changes made it hard for me to connect with the story or the characters, and I found myself getting increasingly bored as the series went on. The animation quality was also lacking, often feeling sloppy and rushed. I wouldn't recommend this anime to anyone looking for a coherent and engaging storyline.
3. Michael - 1/5 stars
"Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade" was a complete disappointment for me. The premise seemed intriguing, but the execution was a mess. The constant jumping between alternate realities made it difficult to understand what was happening, and the ending felt abrupt and unsatisfying. The animation style was also a major turnoff for me, with the characters looking overly exaggerated and the colors being too bright and cartoonish. I regret spending my time on this anime and would not recommend it to anyone.
