Overall I am very happy with the new Magic Crystals shower scrub, it’s nice that there is more of a choice of this particular type of product now. The variety certainly makes shower time a lot more exciting to say the least.
The salt in it appears to be slightly more chunkier, it does however do an almost identical job, I d go as far to say that my skin actually feels more hydrated after using Magic Crystals when compared to my skin after using Rub Rub Rub. As I am currently working on the Cruise ship I new that if I couldn t pick a tub up the day it was released it would be a good 3 weeks before I would be able to get my hands on any so I managed to make a made dash to Lush Southampton before boarding the ship and secure myself a pot to try out.

We will be honest - we aren’t sure how long 1 block of solid lotion lasts versus a liquid bottle. But we will compare a few drugstore brands like Nivea, Aveeno, and OGX as well as a few solid brands like Sustain Yourself, Ethique, Eco & Earth, Pretty Frank, and Moon Valley for pricing. Note: we believe that 1oz of a solid lotion lasts much longer than 1 oz of liquid — we just don’t know if it’s 3x or more like 10x yet.

Money Report: For the zero-waste options, Lush’s lotion bar is one of the cheapest! Obviously, when looking at ounce versus ounce, the lotions look way, way cheaper. We think that you get much longer use out of the lotion bars, we are just not sure how much more yet.
The Good:

I recently tried the Witch McDonald's Bucket and was extremely disappointed. The chicken tasted old and dry, and the seasoning was overpowering. The sides that came with the bucket were also lackluster. The fries were cold and soggy, and the coleslaw had a weird aftertaste. Overall, the Witch McDonald's Bucket was a complete letdown, and I definitely won't be ordering it again.
