Okay so. I'm kind of a newbie to unity and stuff but never had a problem like this.

I spent my whole afternoon extracting, converting from sfm to blender THEN to unity a Diana Cavendish avatar from Little Witch Academia.

Her rig is a liiiittle funky but it works just fine with mixamo animations so I didn't even worry once.
And now that the time had come to send Diana out there to socialize I get this : https://i.imgur.com/BU35DbL.png

The thing is : they ARE mapped. They work on humanoid animations. They just look a little strange by default (Diana was originally extracted from the PS4 Little Witch Academia game an put into SFM by RyukoTheHedgehog https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1393284327&searchtext=)

I would REALLY love to play as Diana, especially after the afternoon I spent working on her.
Thank you for your time .

Just glancing at it, there's something not mapped correctly. The bone structure doesn't seem to be joined together. See that grey bone with the shoulder joints on it? I think it needs to be. something. It needs to be green. I'd play around with the bone mapping in unity and see if you can fix it by asigning it to something.

It's hard to tell for sure though.

Reviews for "Discover the magic of VRChat witch avatars"

1. Jack - 2/5 - The "Vrchat witch avatar" left much to be desired in terms of design and functionality. The costume was poorly put together, with mismatched textures and awkward proportions. The movements were clunky and unrealistic, and I found it difficult to navigate the virtual world with this avatar. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of effort put into creating a witch avatar that would truly enhance the VR experience.
2. Emma - 1/5 - I have encountered numerous witches avatars in Vrchat, but the "Vrchat witch avatar" was by far the worst. The graphics were poor, and the avatar lacked any unique features or customization options. It felt like a cheap Halloween costume that had been thrown together without any thought or attention to detail. I would not recommend wasting your time on this subpar witch avatar when there are much better options available in Vrchat.
3. Liam - 2/5 - As a fan of witch-themed avatars, I was excited to try the "Vrchat witch avatar". However, I was sorely disappointed by its lackluster appearance and limited functionality. The avatar seemed outdated and poorly rendered, with unnatural movements that failed to immerse me in the virtual world. Additionally, the avatar lacked any unique abilities or special effects that would make it stand out among other witch avatars. Overall, I was unimpressed with the "Vrchat witch avatar" and would recommend exploring other options for a more satisfying VR experience.
4. Sarah - 3/5 - Although the "Vrchat witch avatar" didn't live up to my expectations, it wasn't all bad. The avatar's design was decent, with a traditional witch look and some nice details. However, the limited movement options and lack of customization were disappointing. I also noticed some glitches and issues with the avatar's interactions, which detracted from the overall experience. While it's not the best witch avatar out there, it could still be enjoyable for those who simply want a basic witch character for their Vrchat adventures.
