Tupsy wanted to create a unique witch costume for the upcoming Halloween party. She was tired of the traditional black pointy hat and long black cape that most witches wore. She wanted something different; something that would stand out and make heads turn. After hours of brainstorming and browsing through various costume ideas online, Tupsy finally came up with an extraordinary concept. She decided to create an Elven Witch costume, combining the enchanting world of elves with the mystic charm of witches. Tupsy started by designing the costume on paper.

Tupsy started by designing the costume on paper. She wanted a flowing gown that resembled the ethereal beauty of elven attire. She chose a deep forest green color for the dress, symbolizing nature and magic.

Recently, we shared a tutorial for making a DIY tutu. We made the tutorial for a kid’s costume, but the technique could easily be adapted for any size of tutu. We created three costumes using the tutu as a foundation. The first was a princess costume with a blue maxi length tutu reminiscent of Cinderella, which you can pair with our pretty papercut crown. Then we made a green woodland fairy fit for a story book. Now we’re showing you how to use our tutu tutorial to create a DIY witch costume. This costume mixes black tulle with orange and purple accents in a midi length for the most charmingly spooky witch outfit you can imagine!
The gown was adorned with delicate lace patterns, adding elegance and intricacy to the overall look. To make the costume truly magical, Tupsy added twinkling LED lights along the hem of the dress. These lights would illuminate and create an enchanting effect as she moved, making her appear almost ethereal. For the accessories, Tupsy crafted a crown made from branches and leaves, imitating the style of elven headpieces. She added small gemstones and feathers to the crown, symbolizing the magical powers of witches. In place of a traditional wand, Tupsy decided to create a staff made from a sturdy branch. She decorated it with ribbons, charms, and feathers, making it a unique and mystical tool. To complete her transformation, Tupsy spent hours perfecting her makeup. She used a combination of greens and purples to create an otherworldly look. She added glitter and shimmering eyeshadow to give her eyes an otherworldly glimmer. She also wore long, elegant fake lashes to enhance her look. When the evening of the Halloween party arrived, Tupsy stepped out in her Tupsy Elven Witch costume and instantly captivated everyone's attention. Her unique and enchanting outfit stood out amidst the sea of black and traditional witch costumes. Throughout the night, Tupsy was constantly complimented on her creativity and originality. Many people were inspired by her costume and expressed their desire to create something similar in the future. Tupsy's Tupsy Elven Witch costume proved that thinking outside the box and combining different ideas can result in a truly extraordinary creation. I was really disappointed with the Tupsy Elvae witch costume. The fabric was cheap and scratchy, and the fit was completely off. The hat was way too big and kept falling off, and the dress was way too short and kept riding up. It was also missing some of the accessories that were supposed to come with it. Overall, it just looked really cheap and poorly made. I would not recommend this costume.

I wasn't impressed with the Tupsy Elvae witch costume. The design looked cute in the pictures, but in person, it just looked tacky and poorly executed. The stitching was uneven, and the colors were not as vibrant as advertised. The fit was also not great - it was too loose in some areas and too tight in others. Additionally, the material felt cheap and uncomfortable to wear. I ended up returning it and finding a different costume elsewhere.
