1. John - 2 stars - My family and I recently stayed at Tui Magic Life Jacaranda and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. First of all, we found the rooms to be small and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and limited amenities. The food at the buffet was lackluster and repetitive, with little variety and poor quality. Additionally, the all-inclusive package did not include a wide range of beverages and we had to pay extra for most of the alcoholic drinks. Overall, we felt that the resort did not live up to its reputation and we would not recommend it to others.
