I used canva to create this graphic. Once again, Pinterest didn't really care for it so I'm going to add it here for visitors to enjoy ): She seems all sweet here but don't be fooled! This witch is really crazy (for love).

Both are by the same author. This Witch of Mine is a bit sadder but the authors' style is still similar and the art on both is incredible.

- Stories have similar magical worlds (witches, humans, witch familiars, other magical creatures)

- Both stories start with protagonists which are hated by their village/town for being different

- Deep (not necessarily romantic) relations between witches and their familiars (+ abandonment of familiars and their way of coping)

- Sweet romance and just similar vibes.

This witch of min

Her abode, an old decrepit mansion on the outskirts of town, stood as a constant reminder of the darkness that loomed over Min. Its crumbling walls and overgrown garden seemed to mirror the state of the town itself – once thriving, now withered and haunted. However, not everyone was convinced of the witch's malevolence. Some saw her as a misunderstood outcast, a victim of circumstance. They believed that beneath her bewitching exterior, there was a lonely soul longing for companionship. Perhaps her powers were a manifestation of her own loneliness, a desperate attempt to fill the void in her heart. Still, the fear persisted, embedding itself deep within the hearts of the townsfolk. They kept their distance, wary of catching her attention. Those who did cross her path were forever changed, their lives touched by her magic – for better or for worse. Some claimed to have experienced miraculous transformations, while others spoke of never-ending nightmares that plagued their sleep. The witch of Min remained an enigma, an embodiment of the darkness that dwelled within the human psyche. She challenged the beliefs and values of the town, pushing its inhabitants to confront their own fears and prejudices. In a twisted way, she served as a catalyst for personal growth and self-reflection. As days turned into months and months into years, the legend of the witch of Min continued to evolve. Some saw her as a symbol of evil, while others regarded her as a misunderstood outcast. But one thing was for certain – the witch of Min left an indelible mark on the town and its people, forever changing their perceptions of magic, fear, and the human spirit..

3. Sarah - 2 stars
I was really excited to dive into "This witch of min," but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The pacing was inconsistent, with some parts dragging on while others felt rushed. The protagonist lacked depth and her actions often didn't make sense, which made it difficult for me to connect with her. The book also suffered from excessive info-dumping, which disrupted the flow of the story. Overall, I was disappointed with this read and would not recommend it to others.
4. Michael - 2 stars
I found "This witch of min" to be quite underwhelming. The plot had potential, but it was poorly executed. The dialogue felt forced and unnatural, and the overall writing style lacked finesse. I also struggled with the lack of character development, as it made it hard for me to become invested in their plights. While there were moments of intrigue, they were overshadowed by the book's overall flaws. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a captivating witch-themed novel.
