On September 9/09/2023 an estimate of $491.35 from the BMW dealership was taken to that location and the district manager Mr. ***** ***** said that a claim was filed. I called Mr. *****, and he will not respond to my calls or text me back as of today September 18, 2023. I have paid the BMW dealership $491.35 for the repairs to my car. I just want to be paid back or at least be treated in a professional manner and get a return call.
