Dear Pure Magic Car Wash, I am writing to request the cancellation of my membership with your car wash service. I have been a loyal customer for the past year, but unfortunately, I am no longer in need of your services. I have recently relocated to a new area where there is no Pure Magic Car Wash facility nearby. As a result, it has become inconvenient for me to continue using your services. I have tried to find alternative car wash options in my new area, but there are no comparable options available. I understand that there may be a cancellation fee associated with terminating my membership.

During their wash, the customer in front of them came off of our track causing Mr. and Mrs. to make contact with the rear of the vehicle before the wash conveyor was stopped. A vehicle can only come off our track if the customer has their hands on the wheel or the vehicle has a mechanical issue. The customer in front of Mr. and Mrs. failed to fully relinquish the care and custody of the vehicle over to the car wash. PureMagic has twice instructed Mr. and Mrs. to turn this over to their insurance and we would gladly supply any and all video of their incident as it is not their fault, nor is it the fault of the car wash. There was no wash equipment malfunction or employee error. We understand that no one expects to visit a car wash and leave with damage to their vehicle but we simply cannot control what a customer is doing inside their vehicle while going through the wash tunnel. When my husband drove our truck into the Pure Magic Car wash, my husband gave control of our vehicle over to the car wash. They had control of our truck via their car wash track. As a business, it is solely their responsibility to stop their equipment when an issue pops up. The car wash attendants did not stop their equipment in a timely fashion and their equipment pushed our truck into the truck in front of us. Regardless of why the vehicle in front of us went off the track, the only party that could have stopped the car wash's equipment was the car wash attendants. This is their business, as a business owner they have a responsibility to their customers. Monitoring their car wash operations, is their responsibility. They are also responsible for how much distance is placed between each vehicle. If they are moving cars through their car wash and not putting enough distance between each car to prevent situations like this, then that is their fault. Our truck was damaged by Pure Magic Car Wash, through no fault of our own. We are asking them to pay for the repairs to our vehicle. We should not have to submit this to our insurance company. Pure Magic Car Wash should pay for this or submit it to their insurance company. The bottom line is that our vehicle was damaged in their place of business when our truck was under their care, they are responsible.

My Husband was guided onto the conveyor belt and was going through the car wash, when the conveyor belt pushed his truck into the vehicle in front of him in the car wash.
