My car came out still dirty with noticeable streaks and missed spots. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. I won't be returning.

Pure Magic Car Wash in Alcoa does not live up to its name at all. The quality of the wash was extremely poor, and I ended up having to rewash my car by hand afterward. The brushes they used were old and dirty, leaving scratches on my car's paint. I was not impressed at all with the level of service and would not recommend this car wash to anyone.
