Horror exhibition to open with Noel Fielding painting and Thatcher puppet
An exhibition exploring how the past 50 years of “creative rebellion” have been shaped by the horror genre is set to open at Somerset House in London on Thursday.
The Horror Show! is formed of three acts – Monster, Ghost and Witch – and begins with the emergence of punks and “1970s anarchy” before addressing the “revolutionary potential” of modern-day witchcraft.
The exhibition features a room dedicated to the “freaks that come out at night”.

Elsewhere, a 2007 piece by David Shrigley depicts a stuffed cat holding a sign carrying the message, “I’m Dead”.
Also featured is a Margaret Thatcher puppet from the satirical Spitting Image series, paired with a crown made by punk fashion designer Judy Blame.

1. Amanda - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the top tier seats for the Orlando Magic game. The view was so far away from the action that I could barely make out the players on the court. Plus, the seats were uncomfortable and cramped. It felt like I was sitting on a metal bench the whole time. Definitely not worth the high price I paid for these tickets. I'll be looking for better seats next time.

The sound quality in that section was horrendous, making it difficult to hear the commentary or the excitement of the crowd. To make matters worse, the seats were placed at such a steep angle that I was constantly afraid of falling forward. I definitely wouldn't recommend these seats to anyone looking for a enjoyable and immersive game experience.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I was really let down by the top tier seats for the Orlando Magic game. The lack of legroom was incredibly uncomfortable, especially for someone tall like me. Additionally, the concession stands and restrooms were located so far away that it was a real hassle to get anything during the game. I expected much more for what I paid. I'll be avoiding these seats in the future.
