Captains selected for 2024 NHL Mascot Showdown presented by Upper Deck

Being selected as captain of an NHL team is one of the greatest honors for any player.

It’s no different for mascots.

For the 2024 NHL Mascot Showdown presented by Upper Deck, which will take place during NHL All-Star Weekend, two mascots received that special honor.

The Western Conference will be represented by Chicago Blackhawks’ own Tommy Hawk, who is also the current “Mascot of the Year.” The Eastern Conference team captain will be Carlton from the host Toronto Maple Leafs.

The two captains will face off during the 2024 Hyundai NHL Fan Fair, which takes place between Feb. 1-4 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. You can purchase tickets to the event here.

Reviews for "Mascot Mayhem: NHL's 2023 Showdown Holds Surprises in Store"

1. John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "Nhl mascot showdown 2023". The game was filled with bugs, glitches, and overall poor gameplay. It felt like the developers rushed the release without fixing any of these issues. The graphics were also subpar compared to other games in the genre. I would not recommend this game to anyone looking for a quality gaming experience.
2. Sarah - 1 star - "Nhl mascot showdown 2023" was a complete waste of money for me. The controls were clunky and unresponsive, making it frustrating to play. The AI was incredibly overpowered, making it nearly impossible to win a game. The lack of variety in game modes left me bored after just a few matches. I expected more from a game with such a promising concept but was ultimately let down.
3. Michael - 2 stars - As a fan of NHL mascots and hockey games, I was excited to try "Nhl mascot showdown 2023". However, the game fell short of my expectations. The gameplay mechanics were not well-explained, making it difficult to understand how to perform certain actions. Additionally, the game lacked depth and replayability. After a couple of hours, I had seen everything the game had to offer. I was hoping for more in terms of content and overall polish.
4. Emily - 1 star - I regret purchasing "Nhl mascot showdown 2023". The game was incredibly repetitive and lacked any sort of challenge. The AI opponents were too easy to defeat, and the overall gameplay felt stale after a short amount of time. The lack of customization options for the mascots was also disappointing. I expected to be able to personalize my mascot, but the limited options left me feeling underwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone looking for an enjoyable gaming experience.
