South Park Jesus cant do miracles, only "magic tricks", but he can regenerate from being dead to being alive every time he wants, and he knows Kung Fu and has a big Cutting Cross Shuricken (see Easter episode). Family Guy's Jesus does know how to do miracles, even from what we've seen is very limited, he can do it, and that's something big already.
