I recently visited Magical Metropolis Ford and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in assisting me. It took forever to even get someone to acknowledge my presence and when I finally did, they seemed annoyed by my questions. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

While Magical Metropolis Ford has a decent selection of vehicles, I was not impressed with their customer service. The salesperson I dealt with was pushy and tried to upsell me on features and add-ons that I did not want or need.
