One of the most magical moments of the year was undoubtedly our annual Winter Wonderland celebration. The courtyard was transformed into a snowy oasis, complete with ice sculptures, twinkling lights, and even a visit from Santa Claus himself. The joy and laughter of children as they played in the snow and received their gifts was truly heartwarming. It was a reminder that no matter how old we get, there is always room for a little bit of holiday magic in our lives. Of course, life at Royal Laguna is not all about the big events. It's the little moments that make this place feel like home. - Jane - 2 stars - The Magical memories at royal laguna residence were far from magical. The room was small and dirty, with stained sheets and a musty smell. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The location was also disappointing, as it was far from any attractions and required a long drive to get to anything interesting. Overall, I was highly disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Mark - 1 star - My experience at the Magical memories at royal laguna residence was a complete disaster. The room was not at all what was advertised, it was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The amenities promised were also nonexistent, the pool was dirty and unusable, and the gym was closed for maintenance. The staff was unapologetic and seemed uninterested in addressing any complaints. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.
