1. Jane - 1 out of 5 stars - I had the worst experience at the Magic villas by Wyntham. First of all, the rooms were dirty and there were bugs crawling around. The staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no interest in addressing our concerns. Additionally, the location was terrible, with no nearby restaurants or shops. I would not recommend staying here at all.
2. Mark - 2 out of 5 stars - My stay at Magic villas by Wyntham was far from magical. The rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep at night. Furthermore, the noise levels were incredibly high, with constant disturbances from other guests. The only positive aspect was the pool, but that alone does not make up for the overall disappointment. I would advise looking for alternative accommodations in the area.

The staff did not seem bothered by our complaints and did nothing to rectify the situation. I highly advise against choosing this accommodation for your vacation.
