1. John - 2/5 - I was highly disappointed with my stay at the Magic Village Views Trademark Collection by Wyndham. Firstly, the rooms were outdated and not properly maintained. The furniture was worn out, and the carpet had stains all over. Additionally, the noise level was unbearable, with loud music and constant chatter coming from the nearby pool and common areas. The customer service was also lacking, as the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the area.
2. Sarah - 1/5 - My experience at the Magic Village Views Trademark Collection by Wyndham was absolutely dreadful. The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dirty linens and stained towels in the bathroom. Moreover, the room had a musty odor that was overpowering. The amenities advertised were not up to standards either, as the gym equipment was broken and the pool area was crowded and unclean. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely worked during my entire stay. I would advise avoiding this hotel at all costs and looking for a better option in the area.
